Ms. Safford is experienced Leading the development and implementation of marketing programs; Designing and implement marketing initiatives through strategic alliances, event marketing, market research and public relations. Additionally, Ms. Safford has Managed marketing, promoting and presentation of financial retail Banking investment sales, services and core product portfolio; Communicating sales and marketing updates to sales force team and to corporate office staff; Managing event activities including: event planning, development of event expense budget advertising, marketing, sponsorship individual and/or panel speeches/discussions, with extensive experience in Network Marketing, and Client Relationship Management.

In the field of Education, Narietta Safford has conducted Project Management training and development to internal staff, senior management, executive management and consultants. She has developed and implemented guidelines for improving company Information Technology Software Processes using the Capability Maturity Model (CMM); Educating internal Team Members and Clients about mortgage products and services. Also, Ms. Safford has Conducted Community and Client First Time Home Buyer and Home Mortgage Seminars; convened Wealth Building Seminars to educate potential clients and communities; and Trained internal retail banking staff in product and sales services, marketing, advertising, promoting and campaigning.
